Borrowing Guidelines
Only one pass may be borrowed per household at a time. It must be returned before another pass may be borrowed.


Borrowers may reserve passes up to 30 days in advance.

How To Reserve A Pass

1. Passes may be reserved, up to 30 days in advance by visiting the Circulation Desk, by calling the Library at (203) 734-6275, or by completing this request form.

2. Passes will be checked out using the borrower’s library card. The card must be in good standing, with no outstanding blocks.

3. A pass may be borrowed for a maximum of three days. It may be picked up at any time on the reserved date during library hours. If the pass is not picked up on the reserved date, the reservation will be cancelled and the pass may be checked out to another borrower.

4. Passes must be returned by the end of the third borrowing day. The Library prefers that passes be returned to the Circulation Desk; however, after-hours return in the Drop Box is permitted. Please note: The Library is closed on Sundays. Passes borrowed on Fridays must be returned before the Library opens on Monday.

5. If a pass is lost, the borrower is responsible for the full replacement cost and any associated fees. Failure to pay will result in suspension of borrowing privileges, which can be reinstated once the pass is paid in full.




Each pass carries specific benefits and restrictions. Some attractions do not honor passes on special event days. Borrowers are responsible for confirming pass validity with the attraction prior to their visit.
